Pinspiration Monday: Wooden Letters

Hi friends! It’s time for our second Pinspiration Monday, and today I wanted to share with you some ideas for using wooden letters to decorate your home. Now if you watched my video here on using wooden letters to spell Spring-themed words, I showed you how to mod podge scrapbook paper to plain wooden letters. In this video I displayed my letters sitting up on an end table, but you can do more with your wooden letters if you want to!

You can hang them on the wall, or you can paint the letters and wrap fabric around a canvas, and then glue the wooden letters to the canvas to make your own piece of art!  Maybe use the first letter of your family’s last name, or use the first letter of the name of everyone in your household?

I’m really loving the chevron pattern right now, so this picture really stood out to me:

And finally, you don’t have to paint or mod podge the letter at all!  Just wrap twine around it and hang it on your wall or as a wreath on the front of your door!

(Psst… you can decorate your twine monogram with the fabric flowers I show you how to make in this video!)

I hope you enjoyed this Pinspiration Monday, have a crafty day, and never stop creating!
