Reasons Acrylic Speed Paint (Part 2!)

Hi friends! It’s Speedpaint Saturday (well actually it’s Friday evening, but I’ve got a super busy weekend full of work at my day job so you get this video a bit early! )

This is Part 2 of my “Reasons” speed paint which is an 18×18″ abstract acrylic painting. I added more layers of paint, plus some super shiny metallics. The photos at the end don’t really do it justice…when you stand infront of it and shift your gaze from side to side the mettalics really SPARKLE and SHINE!  But hopefully you’ll like this video! I’m quite happy with how it turned out.

Part One of this painting is here if you missed it.

Materials Used (in this half):

  • Acrylic Paint
  • Acrylic Iridescent Metallic Paint
  • Light Molding Paste
  • Heavy Gel Gloss Medium
  • Glass Bead Gel Medium
  • Clear Tar Gel Medium

Thanks SO MUCH for watching!

Have an awesome weekend!
