Let’s Explore Gel Mediums #1: Pumice Gel

Hi guys! Welcome to the start of what I hope to be a helpful little video series to anyone not sure how to use some specific gel mediums!  In this series, I will talk about a different medium each video, showing you what it looks like, how it can be used, how it dries, and show you an example of how I’ve used it in a finished painting!

How to Use Acrylic Mediums video is here  (Please forgive the nervousness…this is my first YouTube tutorial!)

So this first video is about Pumice Gel, specifically Coarse Pumice Gel, as Fine Pumice Gel doesn’t have the big textural effects, and is mainly used as a ground for pastels and other dry media.

So let me know what you think of this new series in a comment, and if you have your own different use of Pumice Gel, it would be awesome to share it in the comment section.  Thanks so much for watching guys, I hope you’re looking forward to the rest of this series!
