How to Read Acrylic Paint Labels

Hi friends! It’s time for another Tutorial Tuesday, and this time I thought it might be helpful to know what all the information on a tube of paint means! If you’re brand new to art, the language and code numbers might be a little confusing. After watching this video you’ll be able to go to the art store, read the labels, and pick out the best colour for your needs! Without feeling lost!

*In the video I mention the pigment’s index colour name. The letters infront of the unique numbers stand for the colour family:
PY: yellow
PR:red
PB:blue
PG: green
PW: white ….you get the idea 🙂

Thanks so much for watching!!
