“Best Friend” SpeedPaint (Part 1)

Hey guys,

so this is a very special painting I’m working on.  As many of you know, I lost my precious dog Ebony to cancer a couple months ago.  I miss her a ton and wanted to do a painting of her to honor her memory.  I don’t want this painting to be super sad or anything, but instead I want to express how happy and full of life she really was. She was the best dog ever, so I want to keep this painting happy and bright to emulate how her personality was while I had the privilege of having her in my life.

I’ve had her since she was around 5 months old, and she was 11 and a half years old when I had to say goodbye to her.  She’s been with me for such a large part of my life, and I’m thankful for the time I had with her.

So I hope you enjoy, and for those of you who have also lost a beloved pet, this video is for you too!

For those of you who currently have a dog, give him or her an extra tight hug for me, ok?

Thanks so much for watching.
