3 Beautiful Shabby Chic DIY Wall Art Crafts

Hello friends! It’s Monday again…January is slipping by us so fast! That’s ok though… the faster it goes the sooner spring comes!

Today I wanted to share with you some gorgeous wall art crafts that are incredibly inexpensive (think: dollar store!) but look like a million bucks! They all encompass the “shabby-chic” look, and all feature some kind of natural element…wood, metal, twine.  So please take a look, and you can click on the picture to be taken to the blog that features these craft ideas for more instruction.

Sectioned Branches

These birch branches look gorgeous in separate stacked frames...you could also separate them horizontally and have them more spread out so they look like a small tree.

Metal Wall Art

But wait...this beautiful statement artwork isn't metal at all...it's a cheap rubber door mat! Spray painted white and then rubbed with some sand paper. This looks like really expensive wall art from a home furnishing store, but it's actually incredibly cheap. I am scouring my home for a spot where I can put one of these up myself!

Twine Heart

This would look so pretty over a mantel! It's simply a Styrofoam heart wound in hemp twine and hot glued down in place. Hanging it from a nice frame really set it off. This is perfect for a Valentine's Day decoration, but can also sit out all year long.
